Welcome to Ganesh Family Restaurant! We are committed to providing fresh and delicious food to our customers. Our Return & Refund Policy ensures that you have a smooth and satisfactory experience with us.

1. Return Policy

Since our food is freshly prepared upon order, we generally do not accept returns. However, you can contact us in the following cases:

Wrong Order Received – If you receive an incorrect order (i.e., not what you ordered), please notify us immediately.

Spoiled or Contaminated Food – If the food delivered is spoiled or contaminated, please contact us with a photo as proof.

Incomplete Order – If your order is not fully delivered, please get in touch with us.


2. Refund Policy

We will issue a refund only in the following cases:

Incorrect Order Delivered and the customer does not want a replacement.

Spoiled or Contaminated Food (verified with photos and order details).

Order Cancellation – Customers can cancel their order within 5 minutes of placing it. After this period, refunds will not be issued.


3. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via digital payment methods (UPI/Bank Transfer).
