We will make reasonable efforts to confirm and ensure delivery, but we are not liable for any unexpected delays or errors.


3. Registration and Account

Users must create an account to use the App.

Users must provide accurate and updated information.

Users are responsible for the security of their accounts.


4. Payment and Refund Policy

Payments can be made via online payment methods and cash on delivery (COD), if available.

If an order is canceled for any reason, refunds will be processed according to the respective payment gateway's policy.

We are not liable for any unauthorized transactions.


5. Order Cancellation and Refund

Users can cancel an order only within the specified time limit.

If a restaurant declines an order, the refund process will be initiated automatically.

No refunds or cancellations will be accepted after the order has been delivered.


6. Food Quality and Responsibility

The App is not responsible for the quality of food prepared by restaurants.

If the food is unsatisfactory or spoiled, users can directly contact the restaurant.


7. Delivery Policy

Delivery time is estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, and other factors.

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, rescheduling may be an option (additional charges may apply).


8. Restricted Activities

The App cannot be used for illegal purposes.

Fake orders, false information, and fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited.
